Ill-Studio conceptualized an installation at the Museum of Modern Art in Paris for the Pigalle Spring-Summer 2018 fashion show.
The installation explored the lifelong relationship between art and the anatomy of the human body and its performances. The scenography established visual parallels between the past, present and future of modernity, from the Roman Antiquity to the Avant-Garde era of the early 20th century and the Open-Source times we live in today.

To celebrate their 25th anniversary, Carhartt WIP invited Ill-Studio to imagine and curate an exhibition about the past, present and future of the brand. Rather than using a chronological approach, Ill-Studio imagined a giant installation at St Agnes in Berlin, a brutalist church turned art gallery.
The exhibition was a mix of iconic pieces of the brand’s history together with curated cultural artefacts and new works made specially for the occasion.

Ill-Studio was appointed to design the footwear and music departments of the fashion store Boontheshop in Seoul in 2016.
Originally designed by Peter Marino, the renewal of both spaces was based on the idea of making different generic environments collide : recording studios, gymnasiums, laboratories, construction sites.

Conceived and curated as a partnership between Ill-Studio and 2ManyDjs, Untold Eivissa is an exhibition taking the form of a trip back to the golden years of Ibiza. It features a rare selection of magazines and original party posters, a series of photographs, posters and videos made for the occasion. A flexi disc about the early days of Balearic Club Culture between 1981 and 1987 was produced to compliment the exhibition.
